Christopher Hitchens is dead.

Truly sad. Brilliant author and thinker. It’s a massive intellectual loss.

Hitch of course went to the end without believing. He was also one of the biggest influences of me becoming more comfortable being an atheist and openly talking about it in public and to believers. He gave me more reasons to feel confident than I ever had before in my lack of belief and I’ll never forget it.

You’ll be missed, Hitch.
